Default 03 Z06 145000 miles $14,000

Found this Z at a local small dealer. WHen the car started sounded like it had belt or pulley squeel. Also the interior was clean just the buttons were peeling. He told me the windows leak around the seals cause they get old and crack. The car is 100% stock. Exterior has minor scratches.. Thats all I know what do you guys think.

Anything I should look for.. Known issues with high mileage Z06's supposedly the guy that sold it to them drove it back and forth from Delaware to Washington DC

I wouldn't touch it for that price. Z06 or not. Too many miles too high of a price IMO.

Buy it now. So, just figure you will spend a little on getting the car up to par.
The miles..... coem opn guys... 145,000 is nothing for LS series motors.

My old nitrous C5 had 122,000 miles with over 400 passes running a 225 shot on a stock motor !!

Miles aren't that big of a deal.... jn my opinion and our 330,000+ mile Escalade's. Didn't look at the car in question but,..140 ain't that much.

My 02 z06 has 142,000 and is supercharged and it doesn't skip a beat. My trans is built but the ls6 is bone stock. I think book value is considerably higher than his asking price.

If i was wanting a c5/zo6 for cheap , I would be all over this. 145000 is nothing , and since your going to mod it , who cares about the mileage anyway.
