Default should i get this or wait for better?

So I am in the market for a SS A4 and came across this one. Called them over the weekend they said they wanted 19k out the door and I laughed told the sales guy to call me back when they realized that price is way too high. well he called me back today and told me 15k+ tax which comes out to about 17k otd. I am not in any huge rush but I have been having a hard time finding a decent clean STOCK SS A4 locally. Also do you guys think the market for camaros will be going up or down in the next month or just stay the same?

I'd wait, I've seen better deals out there, especially considering some of the threads I've seen recently.

If you are in the market to wait just watch the for sale threads in here. I bought my car and had it shipped from out of state because it was what I wanted. I had also been searching for about 10 months.

Sorry but I would pass on that for sure. An 02 with 50k miles isnt anything too special.

WAIT! They act like there car has low miles or something. Id say no more than 15k OTD. Another thing, wait for the 2010 SS pricing before you drop 15k on a 02. If things go right, you may be able to have a LS3 Camaro for 30k!

ya thats double what I want to pay and I don't want to finace the other half of it and then loss money once I drive it off the lot. I love the 98-02 body more than the new body personally. But was thinking once it did come out all the guys who have their weekend SS cars will be selling them to get the new SS.

Ya can't really ship a car from out of state to CA without adding gay emissions crap

15k OTD is about the most I would pay. Do you guys through cars often? How long do you usually hold onto one vehicle? These are thing you should ask yourself. In the end it matters what it is worth to you.

I like SS's but I just could see myself paying an extra 4-6k for one. I bought a Z-28 for $9500. Yea I got the bland hood, spoiler and wheels, but I knew I'd eventually change those any way.....

That car is a 12k-15k tops car here in the Bay Area. If you want a good deal watch it closely, wait till the end of the month and make another offer.

Don't try to make it happen or buy it because you think you have too. I went and looked at a Pewter Z-28 that had SLP LM, Ram Air, & a Lid but had two dents and the dealership wouldn't budge on price and tried to steal my trade it [ read lowball ].

I walked away and I happened to find said Z-28 bone stock down to the filter in better condition and less money go figure...don't stress the right car will find you

Might want to check on that. I think it applies only to NEW vehicles that have to have the CA emissions on them. Not too sure.
