I'm running 27x15x10 Hoosier QTP's and I had to cut out the bump stops and do major BFH clearancing in the front inside fender well, to get them to fit.

Since you are running a 28" tall tire I would definately roll the fenders.

I got one for rent, comes with heat gun and tips on how to get the best roll.

So if I went 26x10x15 would I be better off?

I am trying not to roll the fender at the moment. I just need for the tires to fit to do some racing(street) Then I will take the car and roll the fenders and BFH it as well.

if you got the rear gear to hang with 28's

pound for pound the 28's are better because you have a bigger

foot print to the ground for traction.

but if your car is not making crazy power a 26 will be fine.

also less rotating mass.

you understand what I am saying?

Yeah unless your making some good power and have the right gears the 26inch should be fine. I had to BFH my fenders to fit 28's

also not to burst your bubbles but even with a 26 it's still a good idea to roll

reason being when the car squats and launches you still could use the extra room

and there nothing worse than seeing a brand new pair of shoes sliced up on account the

fender lip.

^^^ Didn't think about that.

The car has a 12 bolt 3.73 rear and it put 4xx to the rear.

I dont think 295s will be a problem at all. If you have the correct backspace of wheel they should fit nice in the wheel well.

stock springs in the rear with 28X10.5X15 ET DRAG, no need to roll fenders at all. needed to BFH a little on the inside inner wheel well. adj. panhard is a must along with adjustable control arms unless you wanna cut a little off the rear bumper.

What he said

no fender rolling necessary. You already have the BFH mod, cut bump stops, drag air bags, adjustable rear control arms, AND adjustable panhard.
IMHO you may need the 28" tire on the 200 shot, 26" will net better 60' in your power range on motor. A 26" MT drag radial would be perfect for the street scene
