Default will these rims fit on my car?

I'm looking at some black 17 x 11 zr1 rims. Will they fit my 99 t/a with out any problems. I'm just worried if it will fit on the front. I know it'll fit on the rear. I'm not sure on the offset. They were on a 95 camaro. Here's some pics. The guy said they were on the car for 1500 miles the tires are basically new. ALSO What's a good price for this combo? Any suf\ggestions would be appreciated. The last pic is a pic of the car they would be going on..

yeah no way there gonna fit on the fronts, the rears you may have to do some minor modifactions depending on tire size but they will work

he said he measured them and they were 11'' across. I'm going to look at them. He said he had them on his 95 camaro with no problems. He's got Falken ziex 275 40 zr 17's with only 1500 miles on them. Are those good tires?

The tires are okay. I had them on my camaro when i bought it. You shouldn't ahve any problems with them. I upgraded my wheels and tires: Falken FK452s.
