Cool Firehawk wheels are on!

Finally got new rubber and put my Firehawk wheels on! I think they look SOOO much better than the stock 16inch T/A wheels. It looks like a firehawk because I have the Firehawk hood so I figured why not get the wheels to match. Tell me what you think.

Nice, where did you get the hood, and how hard was it to modify the bumper?

The hood was bought off a parted out Firehawk in the classifieds. The guy that I bought it from was a body man and did all the work. Not sure how hard it was to modify but it looks perfect. Thanks for the compliments!

For a true Firehawk hood you do have to trim the bumper.

Yes you do have to trim the front bumper for the firehawk hood. Trust me I had o put a new front bumper on my car. Its not that bad though you trim a little over 1 in off between the headlights.

those are 315s. they have too much bulge to be 285s or 275s. Look like Nittos as well

You really think they bulge that much? They have less bulge than my 255 Mickey Thompsons did on my stock 16x8 T/A wheel. The fronts are the Nitto 555 275/40/17 and the rears are the Nitto Drags ***/35/17. I think they look just right and they ride and grip perfect. Just wanted to show off my new set up without the whole "315's on a 9" wheel drama". Thanks for all the positive comments fella's. You know how it is when you get something new for the ride....you wanna show it off!

I was never a big fan of that wheel, but it's def an improvement over the stockers. They also compliment the hood very nicely.

Looks awsome..I did the 315s on my Hawk. The only complate I had would be at the track and when you play around..My cars not stock but with a 315 Its really hard to get the tire pressure were you want it for a good contact patch, if your too low you ride on the out sides and too much your on just the insides..11 in wheels makes all the diff. in the world but anyway..Bad ***..but Im a hawk owner so..
