It's quite simple. Chemically strip them. The silver wheels have the machined face under the paint. Then mask and paint. The hard part will be finding the center caps. I did a pair that I had drag radials on so they would match my others when I ran LE wheels on my car.

had my last set stripped, polished and i painted them myself then cleared them. They actually came out nice, i just used chrome caps and put a black SS decal on each.

I know gmpartsdirect used to sell them under part #12498899 for between $500-800 a set. After a quick search, however, it seems they are discontinued. You could search the web with that part number and find a place that possibly has a set in stock?

I knew I should have bought 10 sets when they were down around $600 and hung onto them for resale value!
