I just picked up a set Federal SS tires. I got them for around $90 bucks each. Total of $400 dollars after shipping. I really like the tires so far, hook good and aggressive tread. I think I got them from tires easy (I think been about a month)

Ive run the Federals to. Traction was ok but not great. They did ride smooth and had a good tread life.

I have a set of these on my car, they are great tires. Two HPDE's on them and 5k street miles. Great grip on track.

tire rack usually has some good deals. i would check your local places too, they usually have free mounting, balancing, flat repair, etc that you don't always get online. like a town fair tire or something of that nature.

I'm trying to find some affordable 315/30/18 tires. Onlinetires (from this thread) is the cheapest I've seen so far. Anybody know of a place that might be cheaper?

Tires are the easiest way to help or kill every aspect of performance for a vehicle. I never understood why people cheap out on them.

I don't know about other people, but I don't intend on cheaping out on them, I simply intend to find the best deal. Different sites obviously sell good brands for different prices.

I drive back and forth to work, don't need an expensive tire to do that safely.

Even the cheapest tires out perform lt1 brakes and suspension IMO.

Look into nexan 3000 from Walmart. Just bought a set for 112 each.
