Default New wheels for the SS

Well after a lot of thought I decided to go with the champion wheels with the new cwi-x beadlock. I'll only run the front center cap, not the rear.

Looks awesome.. these might end up as my drag wheels.. not really feeling the blinged out center cap though, probably look better all black and flat. Can these be driven on the street as well?

Also, I never really understood the beadlock thing. Is screwing the tires to the rims to prevent the tire from rotating on the wheel like the cheap mans method to buying beadlocks?

There not too expensive really, i had Bogarts and i swapped to these, yeah i'm only gonna run the front center cap, moser rear so i'll show the moser off.

Here is the car with the Bogarts, i'll get pics with the new wheels as soon as i can, its in the chassis shop getting a new cage now. Only difference is done whistler mod and black corners.

Are those 5/8th studs? If so do you have a close up pic of the studs and how big the lug nuts are?

New wheels look awesome!

Yeah they are 5/8 studs, I dont have any close pics but I'll try to get some, not that big really

Wheels look great. I would like to have the cap5 version but they are a little more than I want to spend now. Do you know if they are made for street driving and what they weight?
