Question 15x8" or 15x10" Draglite for a 275/50 Nitto?

I know that I want to run a 275/50-15 Nitto 555R on the rear of my car. But my question is which width wheel will look better with that tire on it?

Please post pics if you have them!

A friend of mine has 275s on his 15x8's and it looks pretty good. They bulge a little which makes it look nice. You would need something wider for a 15x10.

I had 15x8s with those, and I'd definitely go with 9s or 10s if I did it again.

I had 15x8/275-50-15 Nitto Dr's, I don't think they are wide enuff for 15x10's.

Found another. On my pc, it's freaking huge. But when I save it to web space, it's smaller. Sorry.

I stand corrected they look pretty good! So the rim/tire combo appears to have a good amount of sidewall.

Thanks Derek, I think you just helped make up my mind!

I think I'll go with the 15x10's.

nitto's 275's specs are 8-9.5 rim last time I checked. Not that you can't run it on a 10 inch rim, but its not spec'd for that size.

This is the Nitto 275s on an 8" wheel, they bulged a little too much in my opinion. I wasn't using the whole contact area of the tread because of it.

my 275/50/15s bulge just a tad bit, but nothing to really hurt performance or looks bad. if possible i would go with a wider rim.

I'm afraid that combo has been gone for a LONG time.
