SOM with magnesium wheels?
Anyone ever see this? Could anyone do a quick photoshop?
Found a great local set with tires...
This car
These wheels
I guess worst case scenario I could plasti dip them silver...
Here is as close to SOM as I could find, bright red.
If anyone owns those pics and doesn't want them used, let me know and I will take them down, just found via google.

Great info! How did they fit? Exact tires I wanted to run.

no prob guys i'll try to get some pics today or tomorrow up the wheels fit fine in the front, on the back if I ran a 285 i'd probably be ok but the 295's did rub. theres enough room to run a spacer on the wheels which would have probably made it clear but i elected to use the BFH a little bit and no theres no rubbing lol

I agree about the firehawk rims being pricey, maybe you should try them and if it don't look good you can plastidip to sliver or black. Try a few different colors and see what looks best. You should post some pics of your ride.

I have these on my black SS, I love the look but mainly because they are so rare on an fbody, but if you go this route definatly find 4 back wheels! The front wheels are only 17x8.5 and the rear wheels are 18x9.5. In my opinion an fbody looks very aquward with staggered wheels, just my opinion. I had my wheels repainted a darker bronze, looks way better than the stock color.

Great info and pictures, thanks guys.
Ended up being a Craigslist scam....he said he would take $700 and leave the wheels outside his house. I just needed to put the cash in his mailbox and put the wheels in my car. But wouldn't give me an address, just told me to call when I got to his town. Not worth my time.
