hubcentric spacers on all 4 corners SAFE?
have 8mm spacers on the front to clear c5 brakes with tt2
and 8mm on back due to have longer wheel studs my lugs bottomed out
should i be worried i don't want my wheel falling off which i did have a rear wheel fall off with a 2inch wheel adapter b4 years ago all my lugs are torqued down to 100 ft lbs

No its not, But then again the OP wasn't clear on the type of lugnuts he is running. Either acorn or shanked acorn, and if they are open or closed. Yes hubcentric spacers are fine to run, they still put the load on the hub and not the wheel studs.
You can always cut down your wheel studs by the way.

How should I cut them down while there on the car with out damaging the threads ? Also I kinda like how they pushed the 315s out just a tad bit more. Is it really that unsafe ?

Hubcentric spacers are safe, They put the load on the hub just as a wheel does.
To cut them down, mark them, spin on a cheap open ended acorn nut (2.00$ from advance auto) and then use a cut off wheel and chop down the stud. Clean up the cut and spin the cheap acorn nut off and then all is well.
