Default cam, nitrous, s60, 17" zr1, what tire?

Looking at getting some radials. I have an extra set of 17x9.5(i think ) rims. Im a 6 speed, not worried about breaking the rear. I will be using these on the street. I know a 15" rim would be ideal.. but thats not in the cards this year. Mods in sig.

Doesn't matter, gonna suck with whatever you choose in 17. That's like building a 800hp NA engine and putting the stock air box on it with a paper filter. I'd go with a 26x11.5-17 ET Street (bias ply- not radial) as a best chance of hooking, but even that is a stretch with a small sidewall.

Pretty much what he said. Go with the cheapest you can find, because nothing is going to work worth a damn.

If it matters at all I have the nitrous locked out in first gear. I would think with the mildly built engine I have I should be able to get some traction in first?

Yes you should get decent traction in first on the et street or et radial.

Hoosier Drag Radial or a ET street bias ply. MT has several new tires coming out in 2015 which should give you some more choices

If I were you I'd go with a 325/45/17 M&H Drag Radial. A biased ply tire is ideal being a 6 speed, but I had a friend that had those M&Hs and they worked well for him making around 550rwhp
