Question Rare WS6 Rims: What Are They Worth?

Very rare 2000 only WS6 rims! Got a good deal on them, they are in nice shape, two of them have minor curb rash and another has a scratch down the middle. But they are pretty nice and very rare. Plenty of pics in that link. Any idea what they might be worth? Anyone interested in them?

They are a "Love Them" or "Hate Them" rim. I think they are kinda cool since they are so rare and a factory item. To the right person, they might be worth something...

They look good on the WS6 in my opinion. I think they flow well with the body lines. On anything else, though, I'm sure they'd look like ***!

Nope, they were an optional WS6 wheel that was only offered in one year. I think it was 2001?

The freind that worked at the dealership said there was a shortage with
the wheel supply sometime in 01. during this time the WS6 cars were hard
to get and orders were put on hold.

The only way to get around this problem was to order the cars with the optional wheels like the ones in this post.

I am not stating this as fact, only what I have heard.

Well.. if they were put on 2001 WS6 cars.. then that means for 2001 the WS6 had 3 different wheels. The standard 5 spoke, the speedline style and now these.

These rare rims would sell well to a collector and/or someone with that particular taste. Let us know if you sell them. Also, what are you looking to get for them?

Was it at www.ls1.com? And, if you do not mind, how much did you get?

It's my understanding that they were a 2001 production rim that was brought out in 2000 for whatever reason (I Heard it was to test interest). Not much interest spawned, so exec.'s pulled it, with only a few cars (maybe 100) actually getting them. Nicknamed them salad shooters.
