I have had my OEM Z06 18's on the front with 295/35/18 on them.
The only part that rubbed was when I would turn the wheel completely
in one direction. It would rub on the front part of the inner fender guard.
I don't know what it's called but it's that black plastic that covers the
entire front fender wells. I could only fit my pinky between the tire
and the top ball joint(?). I really had to jamb it in there and I have skinny
hands. I drove around like that for 2 weeks and there was no rub on
the metal. No "clean" spot. It was all still very lightly rusty. The rubbing
at full lock was very minimul. All it did was keep the black stuff clean.
I only turn at full lock when backing out of a parking spot. Almost never
when going forward. And of course never on the street because
you are going too fast at even 20MPH. Mine are 58mm offset, OEM 2002 Z06 rims. I could run them on the front all the time, but I can't find anyone
selling just the 18's from a similiar car. But then again I'm not really
trying too hard with x-mas around the corner. I will eventually have 18's
all the way around because I know that the rims/tires I have will
fit with very minimal rubbing.

I did a couple of "quick" drives through parking lots, zig zagging back and
forth until tires were howling, drove in circle until tires howled....still no rubbing.

The biggest thing is the offset.

good luck

with 275-35 you are fine...as long as your offset is around +50 to +56

my apologies... you can get down to about a 40 offset on a 10" without issue. As long as you arent on sportlines

original or aftermarket SS rims? If they are aftermarket, they could be the wrong offset.
