Default BFGoodrich KDW-2 or Goodyear GS-D3

I am in the market for tires for my '01 TA. I have 3mm in the front and 4mm in the back on the stock Goodyear RS-A, with 15,681 miles...do not ask why . I am pretty much set on one or the other. I was qouted for $786 for the KDW-2 and around $900 something for the GS-D3 (warranties included). Does the quotes said good to you guys? I drive from mid April through mid October. I roughly put about 3,000 miles a year on the car. Your opinions and/or experiences are appreciated. Thanks!!

I have GS-D3's and love them... not a complaint at all about them.

my brother has the gs-3d's on his '95 z and he loves them....they seem to have excellent wet and dry traction.

sounds like I cannot go wrong with either one, depends on how much $$ I would be willing to spend.

My brother's got the gsd3's on his ws6 and they're great on dry pavement and in the rain. I have no experience with the kdw's or kdw2's though. The gsd3's do seem to wear out pretty quickly but if you only put 3k a year on the car it doesn't matter.
