Default Ordered 325/50/15 MT's.....pics inside

Anyone got pics of how much beatin' its gonna take to fit them? I got a plasma cutter too....

I hope to not have to roll the fender lips. I'm willing to trim the bumper though.

Mounted them tonight. They went on SCARY easy. They hit at one spot on the drivers side, smacked it with a hammer (1 lb) and now I have more room. I will clearance a little more for good measure, but I can drive it now. They look very mean!

I dropped the back maybe 1 inch by removing the spring isolator things on top of the spring.

I drove it today, it runs fine but my low trac light comes on while braking and you can feel the abs trying to work, so I guess I'll have to pull the fuse for the abs. Pics to come soon....

Heres a few pics. I yanked the abs bat fuse, which seems to have helped the braking thing, but I think my shift points are lower now. The car was tuned with HP tuners and according to the tuner it should still shift the same.

Sorry for the crappy pics, and my neighbors ghetto *** crappy house.

I still can't belive they don't rub a little. At one spot I have maybe 1/4" of clearance and I tried swerving around and still no rubbing. I ain't bitchin'!

Champaign Il, about 2.5-3 hours south of you.

15X10 draglites, 7.5 BS, I do have a 1/4" spacer in right now, need to finish grinding the calipers for the wheels. Once the spacer is out the tires will be closer to hitting, but nothing 5 minutes with a hammer shouldn't fix.

It jacked the back of my car up so bad a need to adjust the coil overs up front so the airdam will stop catching on everything. I imagine lowering the rear will make the tires a little harder to fit as well. I think the stance is pretty good.

Not yet. They do stick out about 1/2" or less. I'm gonna try to remove the spacer later to tuck them in more but its only a 1/4" spacer. I'll get more pics when the car doesn't look so dirty, haven't washed it since going to the track last week.

yes, you went from a 26" tire to a 28". Shifts points are calculated by speed, throttle, and rpm. Those calcs are off now.

Not according to my tuner. Of course my speedo is off but he says with HP tuners it will still shift at the same rpm. He said LS1edit was different and would require changing the settings to shift right.

Found out I have to take off the wheels to put the car on a lift, if the suspension droops the tire hits the inner wheel well by the (now removed) bump stop area. Kind of a pain......

MMMmmmmm15X10. That is what I am thinking I want for drag rims. 325 50 15 huh? kick ***. Any idea what that would size out to in an ET Street? I don't think I want a 28" tire though. Maybe a Hoosier 27" X what.....12?
Looks killer!

i have ran a hoosier QTP 27x11.50-15LT and didnt have to do anything. Does anyone think i can fit a 325/50/15 nitto on my car? I dont want to do much modification since i know i can run a 275/60/15 but they dont hook as well as i want.

these will be on a 15x10 prostars with a 7.5 bs

325/50-15 is the same as 28x13.50R15...thats a big tire!!!

nice 11" tread though

that read is 2" wider then a 275/50-15 on an 8"rim

give ya something to think about damn you sould hookup no problem
