How do Nitto Drags Vs. Mickey Thompson ET Street Drag Radials Compair?
I have been thinking of switching from Nittos. How do Mickey Thompson Drag radials P275's Compair to Nitto Drag Radials?I need new Drag Radials and have been using Nitto's for 6-7 years. How many miles can Mickey Drags go on a Daily driver?I know it depends on how you drive it.With my Driving will they last as long as Nitto's?How is the Cost Compairison?I heard they hook better tooo....Thanks!

I just bought a pair of MT ET Street Radials (P275's) and from what I have read the MT's hook like a mother but they only last like 4k miles or so. whereas the Nitto's dont hook nearly as well but last something like 12k miles.... So, if it's a daily driver I dont know if I would buy the MT's just because you are going to be buying tires very often.... however, if buying tires often doesn't bother you then go for it! I love mine, not a chirp, squeal or anything.. they just hook and go.

My best 60ft on 17in nittos was 1.77 with my old auto, also 1.7s on bfgs. 1.9s on nittos with my 02 6speed, and.......1.9s on the mickeys. I know they work great for everyone else, but not for me for some reason, and I do nothing any different with them that I did with the nittos.

I talked to a local guy the other day that has a set of the m/t et street radials in a 255/50/16 on stock wheels and he daily drives on them with a 6 speed. I asked him how long they'd lasted and he said he had nearly 9K miles on them and they were just hitting the tread indicator. It depends on your driving style and if you go to the track and do huge burnouts alot. Also if you're making enough power to just blow them off and waste the rubber that way.

Thanks for the replies guys!I think Nittos are the best choice for me for the street as far as Miliage goes.Like I said for the track I have slicks. From what I have read the MT's are Best hands down for traction but dont last near as long.I dont wanna buy tires more than once every 1-2 years....
