VERY URGENT Rim/Tire question
Hey guys i have an urgent question.. Well first of all a buddy of mine that works at a chevy dealership called me today and told me they had this badass Z28 in today, that they got for a trade in. So he called me to check it out, so i went up there and this thing had IForged Aeros on it..I was SHOCKED..they are WIDE..the tires are 335x30x18's on the rear, and 275x30x18's on the front. Soo i told my buddy i wanted these rims and he said he would see if the manager would be interested in trading, so i left and the guy actually called me..
So he will trade me straight up..My black Z06s with my nittos for his Iforged Aeros with tires..The only flaw is that the tires on the rear of the iforged are gashed up cause the previous owner didnt roll the fender lip. But i will get tires for it..Im gonna try to go back and get some pics of it tonight hopefully if everything works out..But im curious,
If its an 18x12 rim, how hard is that going to be to fit on my camaro..its lowered, im not sure what exactly the lowering kit is, since it was lowered before me. I had to do a pretty good amount of pounding to get my 305x35x18s to fit..Its a KILLER deal, but im afraid doing it cause i dont know if they will fit or not..Anyone with any advice would be greatly appreciated..Thanks

I got some pics of the rims guys. I found out there is a 1/2in spacer on the rears also. Sooo im thinking if i take those off and bang the wheel wells in like crazy i should have no problem fitting them..I already removed my bumpstops too.

Back AGAIN guys..I also forgot to say i measured the tire width of the Iforged and it measured 13"across roughly..Then i measured my Nittos and they measured roughly 12" across..So it doesnt seem as big as a difference as i thought it was going to be. The tires that are on it are Michelens so i dont know if maybe those run small or not. Im just debating how they would look on my car..The red car looks kinda "mexican" with the short wide tires, im thinking with my car lowered it should look badass..but im not sure..what do you guys think?

yea dude jump on that deal before its too late, you dont get deals like that many times in ur life. DAMMMMM u loljk ur a lucky guy...all u will prolly need to do is use a BIG effin hammer and hit the fender walls if your pretty lowered to clear the width of a decent tire that will go on there for example like a 335 or seomthing...but yea do ittttttttttttt before some of us crazy ls1 guys take a trip over there and offer the guy other wheels and money lol jk

I doubt you will be able to lower it without flaring the rear fenders or moving them in some more. Some things just don't look right on an f-body. and those tires are one of those things. They look borderline stupid.
