Default 325/50R15 fit on 95 TA?

Will this tire fit? Overall diameter is 27.9", 2" bigger than stock wheel diameter. It will be going on a 15X10 rim. Any grinding or rolling of fenders needed? Rim is a Bogart, btw. Thanks!

you need a 7.5 backspace and will have to cut off the bumpstop probably and maybe use a mallet to pound the inner wheel well a little but they will fit.

that's an awful big tire for your setup and wil slow you down.

More power mods planned for the future, of course. I will probably go with a 275 out back, though.

they should fit, with bogarts you dont need to do any grinding. that is a big tire, but should fit.

They fit but require a decent amount of work to get them to not rub.

How much slowing down are we talkin about? Would a 325/50/15 be overkill? I'll be drag racing my car more than I daily drive. It will have a th350, 3000 stall, and 4:10 gears, and atleast a N/A 400hp?

You need more gear to run that tire imo. 3.73s aren't enough. but they should fit with the cutting of the bump stops and a little pounding. an ajd panhard bar and adj lca's would be ideal as well to center them

A 275/50/15 should be plenty tire for you.

I wouldn't run a 325/50/15 unless I was making 650 rwhp or more. That's a 28" tall tire and pretty big.

At my other computer at home, I have a spreadsheet that can show you what rpms you will be turning at a given speed, governed by rear gear ratio and tire size.

You want to be crossing the traps at the peak of your powerband.

When i put mine on, there was a lot of work to be done getting mine to fit. Grinding the calipers; removing bumstop and grinding, BFH, new adj. lca's, rolling the fender lip. Good luck!

i run the 325. i made 470 rwhp on the nitrous and run 3.73 gears. mine seemed to have no issues slowing me down.
