cant really compare a street tire to a m/t drag radial, much less a sumitomo which does not even compare to most street tires

I guess in 5,000 miles when my brand new 315/17 BFG DR's wear out I will be getting the 315/17 MT DR's.

What is a good wheel to put these on? Will they fit on stock 17X9?

I believe the wheel should be at least 10.5 wide.

correct sir, in order to get the maximum adevertised foot print youd want something that wide, if your gonna stay with a 17x9 just get a 275/40/17 MT DR those have been out for some time

it's true - jegs is due to get 44 of them on 3/9
as of the time i'm posting 18 of them are already sold
