Default New torque thrust m wheels on the way

Just got a call back from Tire rack. I just ordered 2-17x9" torque thrust M Anthracite W/Mach Lip and 2- 275/40r17 sumitomo HTR Z for the front and 2-17x10.5 torque thrust M Anthracite W/Mach Lip and 2- 315/35r17 sumitomo HTR Z for the rear. I will most likely be seeing these on monday. I've heard good things about the sumitomos and they have a very good price. Anything thing bad abot these wheels? My next appearance mods will have to be my smoked tails and side markers. I'm so excited

I'm not a huge fan of the rims or tires, but it will probably look really good on your car since your going with the anthrasite and a machined lip on your color car. Get some pics when they come in and good luck with them.

i ordered the same exact wheel/tire combination through TomZwheels, and they're still on backorder. i believe the 17x9 size were backordered. be sure to double check your wheel sizes when you get them.

anthracite is a great choice for your car, IMHO. post a pic when they're on.

Heres some quick pics once i got home today. forgot the camera on the way out this morning. Well i'm happy and mad all in one day lol. i got the wheels on today and planned on going for a test drive on my lunch. well i got on the free way and i was cruising along at about 80-85 mph when all of the sudden fffmmm pass. side t-top ejects. it flew i don't know how far up in the air but came down about 50-60 feet off the side of the free way. shattered in the grass. Well whats done is doe and i feel horrible but heres those pics. sorry the cars dirty but i can't wash it at the moment with out a top. Also a bad time to take pictures in my back yard.

Also not shure how it will work on the computer but with the little digi cam i tried to get a video of the exhaust not shure if it picked up any of the tone but ohh well here iit is.

That's not TOO bad. I'm looking at getting new rims. I hate these black Z06's. I want 17's all around anyway, and they just flat out look better.

Nah, are you stock? i've got a TD setup and i can bet it's lower than yours, and i shouldn't have any problems. You'll be fine man, Besides the LT's if you have them would be my biggest concern, and i again i do and i'm not.

I see you do, but i'm sure lowering it with the prokit will be ok. Not sure about the sportlines though.

Yeah, if you can afford them those adjustable gas shocks should help with where you want it as far as how low or high you want the car.
