CCW's are also light. So are Forgelines, DPE, and most of the high dollar wheels. Forged centers, 2-piece or 3-piece construction etc.. all improve strength and reduce weight.

Most of the lower priced wheels are 1-piece cast aluminum and tend to weigh more.

Our road race wheels are very light. A typical 11 is ~16-17lbs...you're looking at approx. 2000-2500.00 per set.

Yeah, Bogarts are a race rim. They do not like to be driven on public roads with bumps and potholes. If you want a 15" wheel how about the Centerline Convo Pro?

HP Evos are lightweight. Not sure about what other rims that aren't so expensive.

Steve is referring to their road race (RR) series wheels that are meant to be driven hard and put through repetitive heat cycles. Road race, autocross, etc. The weight for this series of wheel is quite a bit more than their drag wheels but still very light weight for it's purpose.
