Default Where to buy welds

I'm in the market for a set of weld prostars. Anyone know where I can get a good deal on a set?

Gonna get these for the front
Weld Racing Pro Star Wheels
Wheel, Pro Star, Aluminum, Polished, 15 in. x 5 in., 5 x 4.75 in. Bolt Circle, 3.5 in. Backspace

What size(width) would I need to run a 295/50/15?

They won't fit on the front, won't clear the brakes. I had 15x3.5 1.75bs and had to run a 5/16" spacer and longer studs. 15x10 7.5bs for the rear, caliper grinding, longer studs. Looks something like this on my old black one.
