Default will it fit 335 on a 17x10

Will a 335/35/17 fit on a 17"x10" rim?

Kumho calls out a 11" - 13" wide rim for this app.

Im not trying to be a smartass, but if they are calling for an 11", i would say you didnt make the cut. why risk gettin something jacked up on your ride?

the price jump from 10" to 10+" is $400+ a wheel
$1600 is a lot of money for me.

I dont think it will be a saftey issue.
I have been running 275s 285s and even 295s on my 8.5" wide rims for years.

I just want to know if anyone has any experience with actually doing this?

if you didn't think it will be a safety issue, then why did you even ask? because you obviously didn't know the answer...but i guarantee you the tire manufacturers do. they've spent the time & money to do the R&D to find out the answer, which is why they state the size rims that should be used for such a tire.

just because you've been running wider tires than recommended for years doesn't make it any less of a bad choice. people smoke cigarrettes for years & years & years and don't keel over & die. people drink & drive for years & years & years and don't get into accidents. people shoot up heroin for years & years & years and don't OD. does that make any of these things a good choice? not in the least. all it takes is that ONE time that something DOES happen to negate all the good luck you've had up to that point.

Why dont you have the rear wheels widened? Your lookin at around 500 for both, depending on where you go. Were running 00 WS.6 wheels, that are 11" wide with 315/35s.
