use the same products that you would use on your paint. on my benz that is black on black with black gloss wheels i use the eagle one foam in a can wheel cleaner and it works well and hasent hurt the paint just dont leave it on there for more than a min.
after i clean them get a good microfiber towel that you will use just for the wheels and some detail spray and give them a wipe down just like you would do to the paint.

I use car wash soap and water to clean them. A coat of wax is always good. I also use meguiars wheel detailer to give them a nice shine and keep them clean between washes.

whats wierd about useing the same **** as you would on your paint the wheels are painted the same way as your car and should be cared for the same way.
i use the same adams detail spray as i do on my paint and a clean micro fiber towel.
i spray them down with wheel cleaner the rinse them the i go on woth wasing my car then when im done with the left over soapy water i use a feather tiped brush on my wheels to scrub them down then wipe them dry.
