Default Who makes the widest looking 275?

Yes, I have seen many, many threads about tires here, and learned alot. For example Nitto 315's are somewhat narrower than others.

So for 275's, do some look wider than other 275's? I like the way 285's look but maybe I haven't found the right 275 you know? I have stock 17x9 T/A wheels.

Thanks in advance fellas.

Widest, BFG and Goodyear.

Narrowest, Nitto and Sumitomo.

The Goodyear GS D3 is about the widest looking 275/40ZR17 I've seen in a while.

My Bfgoodrich KD tires (275/40x17) were much wider than my stock Goodyear Eagle GS tires (275/40x17). I may be because of the lip that protects the edge of the wheels that make them wider.

If they were stock, they weren't GS's, they were F1's. And F1's run more narrow then the GS's.

yep, they are right. I ran these for awhile when they 1st came out. They weren't near as expensive then as they are now. I only paid $700 for a set of (4) 275/40's. They're great tires though!

Did a search and didn't find much but does anyone have any of these on?

Nitto NT555 EXTREME 285/40ZR17

I'm kinda on the fence on my next tire purchase.
