Default Wheel suggestions.

I need your opinions.

I have a 1998 NBM Z28. I'm torn on wheels.

I'm really leaning towards the ZR1's (17x9.5/11).

I also like the way the C5 Z06's look though. (17x8.5,18x9.5).

Both would be chrome.

Any other wheel suggestions?

Please don't tell me to do Fikse, iForged, etc. (Anything REALLY expensive).

I'd likely go ZR1's strictly from a cost standpoint.

17" are far cheaper than 18" tires.

Yeah, but, where can I find a 305 street tire for the rear? TireRack stuck me with off-road tires, and I'm pretty sure I don't want that.

i love chrome zr1's on nbm camaro's. i don't know about a 305 tire, but most places that sells tires around here(ok) have 315's.

Wow.. I was dumb when I was looking. i put in 305, and should've put in 315's.

Hahaha, wow, alright. If I could find a set of 17x9.5" and 18x10.5" Z06's, I'd have a REAL tough time deciding.

See, I don't like either of the C6 wheels on Camaros. I think the lines are too agressive on them to flow with the rest of the car.

I was debating black, but I'm not sure. I'm probably going to do a flat black berger, and flat black stripes when I get a sunoco hood. I'm also doing blackhousing halo's and smoked corners, turns, and tails.

A guy on my local forum got these wheels recently.

I think they'd look GREAT on a F-Body...

They are a chrome, dished version of this wheel (I think):

I'm waiting to hear back from him on where he got them, what sizes are available and how much they cost.

Edit: Add more pics!

get something different, there are TOOOOO many f-bodies with those two wheel choices already. I would get something that only a few people have. I have the RPM 505's in 19's and got wheels and tires for $1600

Updated my other post with a couple more pics.

DAMN those are hot!

99345, do you have pics of your wheels? I think they look pretty awesome, from your sig pic. I'd like a better look at them.

I think a company on ebay is selling those wheels. I've seen black ones with a silver lip that look hot.

zr1's one of the biggest mistakes I made was getting 18's the tires cost about twice as much for the rear. Also nitto and MT makes a 305 but they're DR's.

If I was to get ZR1's, they'd be 17's in the stated size.

I've also started looking into TT2's/TTM's. Thoughts on those? Probably the same sizing as the ZR1's.

EDIT: Could anyone help me find where I could get Black Chrome Z06's? Wheelreplicas.com doesnt have them.
