I still think the C5 Z06 Corvette is one of the performance deals of the century. Here’s further proof. After some YouTube digging I found that this Z06 easily dips into the deep 9s at over 150 mph with a relatively simple and civil combo. How does the owner do it? With a 402 CI motor, a ProCharger F1R supercharger and a RPM Level 7 4l60E transmission. It’s on pump gas, still breathes through an air filter and rocks a street tune! What does all of this translate into at the drag strip? Try 9.22 @ 151 mph on a soft 1.48 60-foot!
