Default My 2002 Camaro transformation.

I know this one has been done thousands of times, but man it sure does make a Camaro look good.

How it all started.

Wheel swap with a two step paint correction and Koch Chemie C0.02 Ceramic Coating.

New stocker headlights and a black billet grill.

Berger Panel.

I couldn't get behind the C7 wheels so I bought a set of ZR1 wheels and fired up my paint gun. They turned out nice.

SS hood, SLP grill, black headlights and blinker lights added.

Finished Project.

SS Spoiler added.

Black side markers added.

Thumbs up

The car looks much better in the latest configuration, IMO. I agree about the C7 wheels not being the "right" look, and your final choice was very nice (my favorite style!)

Sweet ride!! Really nice touches. These F-bodies are just timeless IMO. Can you believe they are so old already??
I can't help but think what I could do to that garage wall. All that space!!!

I can't believe mines almost a classic. I have no wall space either. The other walls have banners and metal signs all over it lol. Is that carpet or garage paint? I really want to do that to mine.

Depends on when's the last time you saw it hahaha.

I got rid of some of the red in the interior. More subtle?

I saw you toned it down a bit. It looks great! I love the story with it as well! I did the red accents in my 93 Mustang GT back in 05-06 it definitely looked good at the time. I still find it hard to leave my interior alone.

It's indoor/outdoor carpeting. Gives a warmer feeling. Lasts really well and helps prevent flat spots too.

I need to look into that for mine. It looks great in your garage.

Indoor/outdoor carpet is the way to go! I've done the same with mine, but just under the cars and tires (prevents seasonal ground condensation from rising to the undercarriage). I didn't want to do the whole garage because eventually I'll have to tear it all down and build a much bigger garage anyway:

In my first house I actually laid checkered tile down. It looked really good, it just didn't hold up well over the years. Looks like I found my winter project this year. Nice Nova!

RPM WS6 What a beautiful duo. The only thing better is the sign on the right wall by the Nova.
