The Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon is truly one of the most unique and special vehicles of this time. It’s a sensual American-made luxury family-hauling grocery getter running a supercharged engine from the line of this continent’s best and most important sports car ever, it has Magnetic Ride reactive suspension, and it’s available with a stick shift. Wait. Why do any other cars even exist?

According to GM Authority, between the wagon’s debut in 2011 and mid-2013, only 1,200 were sold and only a few more than 600 were sold with a 6-speed Tremec manual transmission. That’s damn near the number of a 500-run homologation special. And Daily Driver got to take one for a spin.

Watch as they put 556 horsepower and 551 lb-ft from the supercharged OHV 6.2 L LSA V8 from the C6 Corvette ZR1 to work and see how it plays with the adaptive suspension  and Brembo brakes. Hint: Well is a massive understatement.
