2000 Chevrolet Camaro SS

From low-mileage rides to parts to make yours sing, our new LS1Tech Marketplace is ready to make your holiday!

Did you know we have a brand-spankin’ new marketplace just for you, the LS/LT fan? Our LS1Tech Marketplace has anything and everything you could think of, from new (to you) cars and projects looking for the right builder to finish the job, to parts and accessories to get your car back on the road, all available through our friendly community of the LS1Tech Forums.

Since this is now officially the holiday season, you don’t need to look for any Black Friday deals. In fact, we found five of the hottest LS1Tech Marketplace items ready to stuff your stocking with LS-seasoned horsepower. Any one of them might be the one to make your December one to remember.

2000 Chevrolet Camaro SS

“[In] December of ’05, I bought this ’00 SS Camaro off a member on [LS1Tech] with 30,983 miles on it,” said seller SSDoubleK. “I have since then done many of upgrades to the car, kept it in the garage under a cover not ever seeing rain, snow, and came out a couple times a year for a car show or two or maybe three. Thank to many a member on this site I have been able to become a lot better at being a backyard, get-it-done-right-the-first-time mechanic.”

With just over 40,000 miles on the odometer, this Camaro SS is ready to make some memories with its next owner, featuring a whole host of modes and upgrades, including a rebuilt six-speed manual transmission, a set of Corvette Z06 wheels, and nitrous. The Pennsylvania-based seller is asking $16,666 or best offer for the cherry ride.

1999 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

Do you happen to have a 1999 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am? Does it need a part to get all back together? Seller Fishingchampion may have what you seek. He’s parting out his red Trans Am, keeping the engine for a swap.

What does the Virginia-based seller have for sale (or trade, if the parts in question will work for his current build)? The hood is good to go for $400, the seats are $400 a piece, the T-tops are $400, headlights are $400, the rear hatch is $600, and so on. There’s a lot more available, ranging in price from $50 to $600.

LS7

Looking for the perfect LS to bring your project to life? Seller 3rdCoastPowerSports has something with the potential to wake up your whole neighborhood on Christmas Day, in the form of a cleaned-up LS7 from a C6-era Corvette.

The California-based seller says the LS7 was going to be used in a project, but opted for a block from the aftermarket instead. The block has a torque plate “honed .005″ over (4.130″),” is ready for a set of forged pistons, and has had all machine work done. He’s asking $2,100 for the clean block.

1970 Chevrolet Camaro

Is a new project car what you need to make your spirit bright? How about this 1970 Camaro? Offered up by seller Redline, the car is being sold because the seller is leaving the car hobby behind.

The Camaro was once a driver, but is now going to need a trailer to go to a new home. It has a 5.3-liter LS V8 with 35,000 miles on it, the body has no rust-through, the front and rear spoilers are from a 1970 Z28, and the window glass is new. The Illinois-seller is asking $9,950 for this orange rocket.

1998 Pontiac Firebird

Finally, we have a 1998 Pontiac Firebird ready to spread its wings to a bright future at its new nest. Offered by seller ukg35, the Firebird has an LQ4 engine swap with 37,000 of the 159,000 miles travelled by the car on it, and currently resides with his father in Kentucky.

He adds the Firebird has a salvage title, that its manual transmission has “difficulty shifting into second and third gear under heavy load,” and the body and interior may need some work to bring it back to showroom-condition. The Kentucky-based seller is asking $8,000 or best offer for his birdie.

And if none of these ring your bells, there’s plenty of other cars and parts available at the LS1Tech Marketplace, with more coming every day. Come on down!
