GM Takes Over the 2020 Battle of the Builders at SEMA360
Hot Rod
Over in the “Hot Rod” category we find a couple Chevy products. First up is a sleek 1963 full custom two-door wagon. The wagon was done by Brady Ranweiler. This award-winning build started life as a 4-door station wagon. Eagle-eyed readers may be able to spot that it no longer has four doors. This is a custom build that is going to be tough to beat.
The 1964 Corvette of Kyle Kuhnhausen might have what it takes to take the top prize. Lovingly referred to as “Ballistic Beige” and with a GM Performance LT4 Crate engine under the hood we can understand why. The car my look like a C2 on the outside but in addition to the modern muscle it also has the latest suspension and braking hardware. This thing can show and go.
Truck/Off-Road
The final GM entry remaining in the top twelve is in the “Truck/Off-Road” category. Here we will find a 1965 Chevy C10 pickup from Mark Giambalvo. The truck sports a 572 big-block Chevy that has been punched out to 662 cubic inches and is capable of putting out 900 horsepower. This is a beautiful beast of a truck.
If you are a GM fan, you have to like your odds as the field narrows down from here. Each one of these rides is top-notch. It will be exciting to see who takes home the top prize. Stay tuned!
