Last Three Camaro Generations Sound Off

One thing’s for certain, when it comes to beastly noises coming out of a car’s back end, you can’t really go wrong with the last three generation Camaros. But certainty is hard to come by when it comes to picking which sounds best.

Check out the Test Miles Camaro comparo below, which stars LS1Tech‘s very own Powers00SS‘s 4th-generation Camaro. It’s a great way to hear the awesome tones and subtle differences between the exhaust notes and engine sounds of the F-Body platform, Zeta-platform, and Alpha-platform Camaros.

Bear in mind, the 4th-gen and 5th-gen cars are not stock. PowersooSS’s car has a “Tsp Headers and Tsp Rumbler True Dual setup,” and it “has mufflers but they’re single chamber and dump before the axles.” And his friend’s 5th-gen car has “OBX headers and cat delete but is stock cat back.” That’s according to PowersooSS’s comments in the thread where he first posted the vid.

PowersooSS also says he was hoping for more of a review, as opposed to simply a sound off, but he’s still excited to have his car on the internet. And you know what? So are we! And honestly, this is way more fun than just another review.

So, which car sounds best to you?
