Numbers Matching Frame-Off Resto of a 1974 Trans Am Super Duty

Extra 2 - 1

Despite being the seller of this beautiful numbers-matching Trans Am, we actually do not have RK Motors Charlotte to thank for this amazing restoration.

This rare 1/731 1974 Trans Am Super Duty was actually restored courtesy of Muscle Car Alley in Arcade, New York. This glorious machine was rebuilt from the ground up, down to to the even the bird on the hood.

We’re very thankful that this Pontiac is still in existence, and that it was brought back to life so well. But, of course, who could resist adding a few extra goodies along the way?

Extra 2 - 2

This wonderful ride sports the original 455 cubic inch Pontiac V8, the correct Turbo-Hydramatic 400 three speed automatic transmission, factory power steering, factory power front disc brakes and rear drum brakes, NOS rally wheels, correct Admiralty Blue paint, the original blue interior, the original Frigidaire air conditioning, and more.

The ride was restored with many NOS parts used, and was highly documented the entire way. The old school muscle car puts out about 392 horsepower, which only makes us love it more.

Extra 2 - 3

The entire project cost Muscle Car Alley a total of $110,000 (yes, that’s one hundred and ten THOUSAND dollars). Amazingly, you can own this ride for just $109,000, which, considering their losing money in the deal, is definitely a steal for the right buyer.

The odometer reads just under 60,000 miles, which is also pretty great for a car as rare as this. If you want more pictures and information on the ride feel free to check it out. Be sure to watch the video below and hear the American V8 roar!
