SEMA 2012: Fuller Hot Rod's Thundertaker in the ISIS Booth
Even in a sea of stunning cars, Fuller Hot Rod’s Thundertaker stands out like a bowling ball on a billiard table.

The former Caddy hearse is 8000lbs of gorgeous, big block powered all-steel metalwork, and beautiful touches like the full-length rag top and the tail pipes—which exit through the iconic fins—are everywhere. The guys at ISIS power had to be stoked to land such an amazing showpiece for their booth, even if there wasn’t room for much else. This baby is approximately 150 feet long.

Built for a private client, it’s not for sale, but you can check out more of Bryan Fuller’s killer creations on his site, and shots from every angle below.

John Coyle's first memories are of identifying makes and models while driving with his dad. His favorite vehicles smell like gasoline, shoot fire, and sound like buildings falling down. Before he began his career in the automotive field, he daily drove a 1978 Jaguar XJ6 with a fully functional electrical system. He lives in Seattle, Washington.
