2020 Camaro lineup

We choose some of our favorite Camaros that take power, speed, and performance to new, adrenaline-inducing heights.

If you are a Camaro fan–and you likely are–there’s a lot to love about the classic American car. When we recall the first time behind the wheel, we remember that thrill, that feeling of pure power leaves an indelible mark. Not to be cliche, but it is basically love at first drive. Why? Because it drives like no other car. Bottom line, that experience behind the wheel is what makes Camaro is a legend. American muscle at its fastest and finest.

Since its debut in 1966, the high-performance Camaro has solidified itself as a true icon. Chevy has rolled out six generations of exceptionally designed and engineered Camaros. Stunning and distinct in its style and handling, it is simply an icon of American performance. Not to mention the Camaro is easily one of most ferocious rides on the road or the track.

With the upcoming 2021 Camaro continuing to build on the legacy, we look back on some of the most special, high-speed Camaros ever produced.

2020 Camaro ZL1

1. 2020 Camaro ZL1

The current 2020 Camaro ZL1’s supercharged 6.2-liter V8 pushes out 650 horsepower and a beefy 649 lb-ft of torque. It can hit 0 to 60 mph in 3.5 seconds. And with the 1LE Track package it is the fastest production Camaro.

For now, anyway.

Built with the track in mind, it is what a street-legal racer should be.
