Sylvester Stallone’s Corvette is Up for Sale
Sylvester Stallone is one of the most famous celebrities of all time. Known for his parts in the Rocky, Rambo, and Expendables franchises, the actor is known the world over. However, he’s also been known throughout his years for his fairly extensive car collection, and his love for the automobile.
These days, Stallone is usually riding around Los Angeles in his Mercedes G63, the car that almost every rich person has in L.A. But a few years ago, Stallone was rocking a custom built 1968 Corvette roadster that was just super cool.
Stallone bought the car in 2009 at a Barrett-Jackson auction, and paid $198,000 for the little red Corvette. The car has a 660 horsepower engine from Donovan’s. It’s all aluminum, and makes tons of noise. However, Sly sold the car two years after picking it up, and now the car is for sale again.
Currently, the car is at Taggart Autosport, and the sale includes a signed picture of Stallone in the car, and a few other Stallone memorabilia to increase the take. According to the site, the dealership is asking $129,000 for the car. So we have to ask, would you buy Sylvester Stallone’s car?
