383 build.. Hey guys, looking for some advise on what size cam I'll need to get me into the mid to high 11's, but still make good power down low. I am building a 383 stroker, using afr 215 heads and a bbk 80mm tb and intake, 3.90 gears and is a m6.

I'm not too sure what size cam you need but you should be able to reach your goals fairly easily cam only. A well set-up 383 should get you low 11s to high 10s. Sorry I couldn't answer your question. Good luck to ya.

I went with the ms4. i havent got it tunned yet, but its torque is amazing. I should have it tuned and driving next week. ill let you know any more info when i take it to the track. Hopeing for low 11s.
