Good job man keep getting it faster. The recipe is out there to run 11's stock internal in an ls1 car. I think cheaper to do with an auto tho lol. I have always been curious to what a ls1 car would run with just suspension, gearing, rear end, transmission, converter or clutch upgrade's and such without making any extra power with the engine from stock. So no headers, intake, tune other than trans or whatever, lid or airbox, ud pulley ect.

 

well im working on that now.. i wanna see how fast i can go with out ever touching my exhaust..

If youre talking to me, Yes. my car is unmolested other than the SLP Lid and freemods that Ive done to it... Got the car with 193k on it and ZERO mods ALL ORIGINAL...

 

The lid gives it a pretty decent amount of power and so does the free mods lol. But it should still be a pretty good comparison. I think around 12.2 is what it would run without the lid and free mods at around a 3500 race weight.

 

Dont do a cam, even though im doing one this weekend, keep it si and see how far you can get.

Just do weight reduction and a pulley for now.
