Hey, that's me!! As far as power goes, with my H/C/I swap and on my stock 10 bolt best I could do is 12.13 at 121 MPH. This was in a 6 speed and on 28" ET Street radials. I know radials and 6 speed don't mix, but slicks and 6 speed is instant murder for the 10 bolt. Had a rancid 2.0 60' and just wouldn't launch any harder in fear of breaking. With that trap speed it's obviously moving out on the big end. With just the addition of my MWC 9" my first pass on a 26" ET Drag landed me a 11.7 @ 120 MPH. With some minor suspension changes (which I'm still trying to figure out more) and figuring out a happy launch RPM, ~6400 in my experience, I finally hit a PB of 11.41. Going from 12.1 to 11.4 with just a 9" proved to be what I needed. I only go the track once or twice a year and didn't go at all in 2017, so I know with some dialing on the my Viking DAs in front and Strange SA in back I may cut it down in the 11.3x range. I don't powershift or no-lift shift either. I know, I know, other people do it all the time but I also don't trailer my car so I want to be able to drive home every time I go the track. Link to my 11 sec thread in sig.

I could use one. Tach is so slow in 1st it's retarded. 2nd it's a little closer. 3rd i wait till it stops moving at 6400, give it a split second then pull 4th. That's how a run goes for me.

Yep... sounds like you need to hit up Harlen. I bet money your e.t and mph both will pick up with a MORE consistent shift/shifting every gear closer to the same rpm.
