My buddy has a "BONE-STOCK INTERNAL" LS1 with a QMP Turbo, lol. He ran 10.80's with NO suspension mods, except minus the front swaybar. Does that count? If so I guess he won this pissing contest.

 

what exactly did you do to get the car that light besides the K-member?

 

I took out the A/C and heater box and put a cover over the hole it made in the firewall. The sound deadening stuff under the carpet and behind the door panels, BMR A-arms, switched to "armstrong" steering, !air bags, alot of little stuff that adds up to alot at the track. The single best mod I made was QA1s on the front and Bogart wheels on all four corners. As soon as I got my weight to transfer to the tires I ripped my drive shaft into 3 pieces...
