11 sec NA/SI M6
Just broke into the 11's last weekend on my fourth and last run of the day...11.952 @ 115.34. After a 12.04, 12.03, and 12.01 I was just about ready to give up but that last run paid off. The car is NA/SI and is still on the stock rear with stock gears, which im sure wont last long. This was with near stock weight (only shaved about 60lbs) My goal for now is the NA/SI M6 record which i believe is 11.4XX. I'll be sure to update the times after my 9" install...

Great times. Did you run at the Houston motor speedway on suday? I was there with the white/black top z28. What was your 60' time? I ran the same mph but a second slower, 12.9 @115 on some crappy kuhmo street tires, had a 2.3x sixty. I'll be back this sunday with et streets and skinnies up front and hopefully i'll be closer to your times. Let me know if youre going to be there this sunday, i would like to check out your TD exhaust, ive seen plenty of pictures of TD's but none in person. I really don't like my current y pipe setup.

Thanks everyone!
It was at Houston Raceway Park on sunday. My 60' was 1.807 I will actually be at the track in Sealy friday beatin up on some mustangs, but my exhaust isnt the greatest example of a good TD setup, its been drug all over these screwed up roads for the last 6 months and is about to have a few holes in it but it does sound great.

I'm not sure what i was thinking calling Houston Raceway Park the Houston motor speedway, brain fart i guess. Low clearance is my main concern, everytime i get under my car i can't see any good ways to run true duals without losing a lot of clearance, and my car is stock ride height.

My duals dont have very good clearance but i think i just installed them in a bad position because i just helped a friend with a LT TD setup and his looks perfect with great clearance.

Damn, you've achieved my goal. Congrats. I'm trying to get there on street tires. After seeing the mph it took to get you there, I don't think I have much of a chance. You also have quite a bit more power than I think I can get with my 140k mile motor. I don't think the fast intake would give me enough power to get there. I wonder how much more a td setup would gain over a stock cat-back with a cutout.

Thanks again everyone.
lol yeah im blessed to have the driver mod. Although i felt bumped down a notch last weekend when a friend of mine ran a 12.6 with just LT's TD's and a few free mods on rock hard street tires...then again i ran a 12.7 in my 1st SS with just catback and dr's so i guess you just have to have a good mixture of car and driver...My 9in and some slicks should be here in the next 3 weeks so i'll be able to leave a hell of a lot harder, if that doesnt get me to my goal ill have to start strippin...
big dave you have a great 60' for street tires, with some dr's and td's you should be in the 11's (and have a mean sound) but if you want it bad enough on street tires maybe just take some weight out? Either way the td's are a must imo, only problem ive found with them is everyone swears to me i vave a cam...

wow man just caught this post. I have to admit I was at sealy that one night and cutting 12.50's in my SI car that was making 348rwhp at the time. I was trapping 113mph and when I saw how hard you were leaving I kept telling myself you had to have a 9 inch under it. I even talked with you at Whataburger and listened to you tell me you had stock gear set and just bolt ons. I didn't say it at the time but when you left I seriously thought you were full of it. I just haven't seen anyone able to pull 60ft's like that without breaking their rear end. Good job man and keep it up! I posted a thread on my local forum about this since many of the guys on that forum were with me there and also thought you were lying about the setup...lol.

11.4x is the fastest M6 record I could find, which is on the SI list here.
