Not bad for cam only? You could have fooled me. MPH is ok, but the times are crap. What was happening with the car on the nittos to make the 60s so bad?

I don't think I've ever seen you post anything positive to anybody! Why so negative all the time? Maybe you mean well but have no tact.....

So people don't settle for shitty times, when they have so much potential. I've never said anything too out of the way to you, though I probably could.

I mean, do you think that 12.2 is good for what this guy has? He seems to think so. He has decent tires but isn't cutting good 60s but the time isn't that good even considering the 60'.

well, all I have to say is he has the MPH there to go mid 11's with a good short time. All he needs to do is get it hooked up and that car will be on its way to mid 11's.......

Agreed. Pretty decent MPH but the 60' blows and the ET sucks accordingly.

You should easily be able to do 1.7s or better on Nittos, and that would land you 11s.

You always seem to have good info, I guess it's just your method of delivery. I'll post up my cam only time after test and tune tomorrow and you can let me have it You're right about the Nitto's though, I cut a 1.68 at the 1/8th mile last Thursday with a 3000 Circle D stall converter. Stock manifolds, stock exhaust, stock 3.23 gears.

Anybody that knows about drag racing obviously knows that the ET isn't good for the mph. But you don't know the op's background maybe he has only been to the track twice and this was his first time on drag radials. A lot of us don't go to the track a 100 times a year.

Thats a goood mph and with a little better 60ft you'll be in the 11's. Looks like your car runs good congrats

Anybody with any sense at all knows that if he had a better 60 he'd be in the 11s. It would probably be faster in the 1/8 as well, huh?

yes first time running drag radials and was getting used to launching ..4 time being at the track too i only got in 3 runs with them and the night was over...i was leaving around 1500 to 2000 rpms and was spinning a little out of the hole and it was pretty cold out for the track you can hear tires screaming down the track......and want the 10bolt to live a little bit longer also ...4.10s and 10bolt...ticking time bomb from a dead stop and drs
