I have a 01 Z28 A4 with 2.73 that ran a 12.99 @ 108.55, the mods were SLP lid, K/N, and stock exhaust with Flowmaster muffler. The 60 foot time was a 2.02 and I was able to reach 1500rpm on brake. the car was dynoed at 313 rwhp and 338 rwtq.

Tray1010 and I were curious as to what gears I had and we looked on the door and the code was for 273s, so he had this chart that had rmps and mph in first gear at 1600rpm I was at 14 mph so that translated to 323s. Black are you going to thunder valley this sunday?

 

Nice driving! This is good news, I had a hunch my car could dip into the 12's with just the lid, ported tb, and 3" exhaust. I have the M6 though.

Great pass! Look back at gm hightechperformance mag, some time ago, they ran an all stock 01 or 02 camaro ss that broke in the
12's! I beleave you! I wish my 02' ws6 m6 ran that!

Wow A4's getting some good times out there.....I ran a 12.91 @ 108.9 with a tune, ported tb, gutted cats, magnaflow muffler, slp lid.

Congrats on the time man. Drop some air out and get that 60 down. My M6 liked 26psi, but you might can get away with a little more being an auto. You should be good for another tenth or two with that trap. Let us know how it goes at the better track.

I have an 02 SS with a lid and throttle body only....made 6 passes one night and ran a 13.0 somethin every time - couldn't get into the 12's for nothin. I'm an auto, too so I know it can be done. Way to go

u also have to remember with a stick car u can stay in the higher rpms where these motors really make there power which meanies they will have more power. Awesome run to to get back to the thread. u will deff hit a 12.7 or so with a better 60' like a 1.9
