Yeah, I've heard about these cam only cars making big numbers and respectable runs. Most of what I've spent is on overbuilding to survive my right foot. I'm sure everyone can understand that! Not to mention all the parts I have broken already, ie stock 10-bolt w/4.10 gear, and stock valvesprings that ruined the original LS1. good times
What part of your exhaust is stock? CB only or all of it?

At the time it was all stock. The only stock part now is muffler and tailpipes. Nice and quiet when the cutout is closed. And just look at that dyno graph! At the top end it made a 90 rwhp gain all motor, just cam + exhaust. That's crazy! I had no idea what that cam would do. It's a totally different feeling out of a v8.

Phillip you seem like a cool guy. At the end of the day if your satisfied with the feel and performance of your car, it doesn't matter what the next guy thinks. Guys will be coming in your thread telling you their car went 11.9s with exhaust only, there's something wrong with your 383. There's always someone faster here with fewer mods. Blah blah blah. Good luck with the new setup!
