what lemons said ^ it can be a tough crowd here regarding times with so many stock internals cars that have cracked 11's everyone expects a cammed car to be deeper 11's not low 12's.
now if its full weight at 5,000 foot altitude on a 80* humid day on regular street tires and 2.2 60 foots then low 12's would be pretty good....need more info to judge with proper perspective

ls1 or ls6 intake? What was the full time slip? 60' mph 1/8 and 1/4.
You want an answer and you are giving the absolute minimum information you can.
You want a correct answer, we need any and all information you can give. 1 small variable could change what you should run by as much as .3 and 2 mph.
From what little I know.. That isn't a very good time.

When I say stock. I mean stock. Not just internals. Stock heads, ls1 intake ,stock injectors, only mods are turbo 350, 4000 convertor, cam , headers, that's it. It ran 12.8 before cam and tune.

I'm not trying to be a smart *** but you aren't giving me everything you can.
You should be in the 11s. How deep? I have zero clue.
I can guess most setups ET and mph within .2 and 2 mph if I know all the details, sometimes the exact et and mph. I know what XXXX setup should run 95% of the time. However, I can't even get close without everything there is to know about the setup, the DA, etc..

With those mods that thing should easily see 11's IMO...... My car went 12.4 @ 109 with just vigilante 3800 and 3:73's, and I think the DA that day was around 600 ish. Here's my slip

I'd have to lean toward "eh"
I had a six speed 99 z28 with a 01 LS1 in it
mods-lid, muffler delete, tune. On DR's and skinnies.stock 3.42 rear. only weight removed was the spare tire and jack. The vfn hood shaved a couple pounds.
went 12.34@112mph on a 1.75 60' with clutch slipping a bit on the launch.
I believe I ran it in june of 2009 and it was at Atco Raceway
I'm curious as to whether you will pick up some ET or lose some ET with the 6spd swap
