Another M6'er here! dumping the clutch@3500 and dead hooking(and bogging). Consider myself on borrowed time with it though!

Next time try a 5000 rpm dump. That's what I did! It only worked because my clutch slips just enough to not break the 10 bolt.

the 10 bolt can easily handle a 12 second run.. just depends on how hard you hook it.. a 13 second car could break a 10 bolt.. you never know.. and there are people with their 10 bolts pushing past 12's.. good luck! I plan on blowing mine out this season! lol

It will spin or still bog. My new Spec 3 does not slip My stock clutch would slip just enough to keep it from bogging. Need to learn to feather it out till I get the 12 bolt! BTW just noticed your times and mods, your haulin *** with what's in sig. Damn good drivin!

Hey 00Z28 just saw your in Tampa, I'll be going to BMP on Feb. 20th for Runday Sunday to see if I can break it, hoping not yet!(crossing fingers).

Thanks! I did notice I managed to not put one major mod in my sig. That run was on Centerline Convo-Pros and E/T Streets. I did manage several 12.65 @ 112 mph passes on the Eagle GS-C's, though. I'll have a new clutch in the spring and I'm sure that will actually hurt my 60 ft, not to mention greatly increase the likelyhood my 10 bolt won't last much longer.

12.3 with stock 10-bolt w/3.42's. Mods in sig. M6. I launch at 2k rpm's and don't power-shift at all. Running 26" ET Streets.

Peace

Currently 12.8 @ 110 mph with a crappy .48 reaction time on stock gears, bolt ons, mild cam, et streets and a bad clutch. I expect low 12's soon. Will keep the stock rear until it breaks.

Reaction time has NO BEARING WHATSOEVER ON ET!!!!! All it measures is the amount of time from when the green light flashes until the clock starts. The clock doesn't start until you start moving, so you could sit at the line for 5 minutes after the green light flashes and still run your 12.8@110.
