I have basicly no mods done But i was on DR and using 150 Dry Shoot

Do you have any runs without the nitrous? Trapping 113 (essentially) in a 98 A4 with no other mods indicates that you have the power you should from the nitrous, and you should be closer to mid 12's if you get the 60's down.
What was the bottle pressure at? Is it a NOS 5177?
Have you had any tuning done, or hooked it up to a scanner/autotap/wideband O2?
