Were you using the 150 dry shot when you ran 12.8? That sounds slow for a sprayed LS1, but on an otherwise stock 98 A4 cutting 2.1 60's it's not that bad. Stock 98 A4 is a 13.5-13.9 second car to begin with.
Your 60's could use some help. At what point do you begin spraying, do you have a window switch if so where is it set? Is this a wet or dry shot?

Duh, it says "150 dry shot".
Do you have any runs without the nitrous? Trapping 113 (essentially) in a 98 A4 with no other mods indicates that you have the power you should from the nitrous, and you should be closer to mid 12's if you get the 60's down.
What was the bottle pressure at? Is it a NOS 5177?
Have you had any tuning done, or hooked it up to a scanner/autotap/wideband O2?
