I love bradenton. I went there after not running at a track for 5 months, got up on my very first pass on bald street tires just wanting a warm-up run, and ran my 12.9 there. Need to get back out there now that I more mods and better tires
Nice time. Now do some real mods instead of skipping to the big stuff

Ill scan my time slip to show you. Just pm me if you dont believe me. My 60ft time was (1.832) really low for street tires, thats why my mph was low. Also complete stock suspention.

It isn't that they don't believe you, it is just that with your car and it's mods and your ET, they expected higher 1/4 mile MPH. Running the same shot on my GTO, which is a heavier car, I was 85mph at the 1/8th mile and 109 at the 1/4. On your run, you were faster than me at 1/8, but slower at the end of the 1/4, which would seem to indicate something happened in that last half of the track. Couple of possibilities. 1)tranny issues, if a m6 then a bad 3-4 shift, if a4 a slow 2-3 shift, 2) if a dry shot, MAF started to freeze over by the end of the run, 3) you let off before you went through the traps, 4) bottle was low and wasn't spraying enough by the end of the pass.
I don't think they were trying to criticize. They're just racers and they were trying to help you squeeze every last MPH, and a lower ET, out of the car.
Like the above poster just said, something not quite right is definitely happening in the last 660'. No way you should be picking up less than 20 MPH out the big end with a 75 shot. Heck, not even on the stock motor alone. Up to the 660' though, it looks pretty good for regular street tires. I have to assume you have an A4 which would help to explain the lower MPH. Just for comparison's sake, my 2000 A4 picked up 23 out the big end (86 at the 660', 109 at the 1320) with nothing in the way of power mods except for a lid and a Loudmouth. These mods made nowhere near the power that your 75 shot should have. I guess what we're getting at is that there's probably more to be had from your combo.
I just bought a set of ls1 heads im having ported and polished, with a cam(GT1-1). i have to save some money before i can complete this project but i think it should be radical.
