408 runnin 12.0's
what wrong with this picture??? got a fully forged tsp 408 with a 235/240 with .603/.609 lift on a 112 home ported heads, stock valves. -12cc dish mahle pistons, 6.125 compstar rods, eagle crank, mcelod street twin, d&d t-56 tranny, moser 12 bolt with 4.10's. mt et streets 26x10.5x16. here are the runs from last sunday

tell me what you guys think the problem is here.the car only dynoed 402 to the tires with the cutouts open i think its the heads but i thought that even a stroker starving for air would dyno more than that. and it has an ls6 intake... tell me what you guys think thanks

yeah i know lol thats what i need really but the money that i got to do everything to the car i dint have enough at the time this winter im puttin some other heads on that im porting even more than i did before and outtin bigger valves in and theres a place over in idaho that flows heads and if they dont flow over 310 im not puttin them on the car ill just put some prc or patriot heads on the crdit card i guess lol but any more help will be appreciated guys

Everytime I see "home ported heads" I cringe a little. You're down a ton of power, which
is why you're seeing the ET/mph you posted. 12.0's are right on the money pretty much
for 400rwhp.
I would start by replacing the heads. There are plenty out there that flow very well
for a great price.
